What is the best way to brand my workwear?

30th Apr 2024

Having your workwear branded is an excellent approach to optimise your branding without devoting a lot of time and effort. Branded clothing can help you appear professional and demonstrate your knowledge in your sector. At Work Wear Club, we specialise in applying various branding techniques to a wide selection of apparel. It is easier to brand some items in specific styles and techniques than others. Fortunately, our extensive experience enables us to offer the best sort of branding for your clothing and business. With our cutting-edge technologies, we can help you brand whatever you need.

EMBROIDERED WORKWEAR

Embroidery is one of the most durable and long-lasting methods of workwear branding. It creates a durable and long-lasting marking that will not peel or come loose in the wash. When we embroider your logo on a garment, we use a frame to hold it in place. The embroidery is then done automatically by a machine. When you offer us with your logo, we develop an embroidered file that we then submit to our machines, which stitch the logo with the appropriate colours.

There are very few materials that we cannot embroider, although we do not recommend stitching on especially thin items, such as t-shirts. Polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, fleeces, aprons/tabards, jackets, and hats are the most common clothes for embroidery.

PRINTED WORKWEAR

Printing is another popular method of marking workwear. With our high-quality printing equipment, we can produce brilliant, vibrant logos that last. We can print with a variety of technologies, including direct to garment (DTG), screen printing, and direct to film (DTF).

SCREEN-PRINTED WORKWEAR

Screen Printed Workwear is best suited for large volumes. Screen printing uses vibrant inks that are transferred to your clothing via a succession of mesh screens. We separate your logo into its essential colours. Each colour is then isolated and applied through its own screen. After each screen is applied, we utilise a heat lamp to allow the various colours to dry. Garments are then removed from the carousel and placed in a tunnel drier to cure the inks.

DIRECT TO GARMENT WORKWEAR

Direct to garment. Printing is a contemporary, high-quality means of personalising branded workwear. We utilise a printer to print ink straight onto the clothing. This necessitates the use of a high-quality, modern printer, as well as specific inks. The fibres in the clothing absorb these high-quality pigments. We also need to apply a fixing agent to the garment to ensure that the colours adhere properly.

This sort of workwear customisation is best suited to intricate prints. These are typically elaborate logos with numerous colours. This sort of print is best suited to lightweight textiles like T-shirts and hoodies. DTG can only be used on garments with a high cotton content; 100% cotton is the best option.

Work Wear Club specialises in personalising branded clothing. We can assist you select what type of branding you want on your clothing and walk you through your possibilities. We offer a wide choice of high-quality machinery to ensure that whatever you need to print and whatever you have on your logo, we can assist.
