Planning an Event or Project Launch?

From ideation to realisation, Work Wear Club can assist.
A global firm with its headquarters in London approached us to assist in planning the launch of a global initiative. We were given three weeks from the time of conception to complete the logo and create a variety of branded products that would be shipped to the company's and its partners' offices throughout the globe.
To start the initiative, we determined that each participant would receive the items mentioned below:
- A tote bag filled with a branded water bottle and a branded t-shirt
- A cup with a brand, a jelly bean packet
Ideas for Artworks
With the primary idea, we worked through a few different possibilities.
Following the completion of the logo and artwork, we created a variety of images representing the many project components:
We recommended screen printing for every item, including the branded water bottles, printed tote bags, printed mugs, and printed t-shirts, due to the high volume and quantity of the items. To tie in with the green logo, we went one step further and only included two varieties of green jelly beans in the pouches, which were printed on a label and domed for a fantastic finish!
After everything was accepted, we started production:
After everything was finished, we started the process of placing each item into a bag and boxing it so that it could be shipped to 25 different locations throughout the world.
After 53 boxes, we were able to send everything out on schedule! This was undoubtedly a global project launch because packages were being sent to numerous US addresses, numerous Indian addresses, Australia, the Philippines, Italy, Spain, Germany, and other UK locations!
In preparation for their launch party, we also delivered to their two Maidenhead locations.
